Week 4 day 2

Moving up to 6 intervals 
Run 3 min walk 2 min. 
Another struggle 
Not sure - what is making the running difficult, my body or my mind. 

My legs are definitely tired, while my mind is just fighting reality.

Week 4

Legs felt like lead as I started my run last night

7 intervals- 2 min run, 2 min walk @3.5 mph

Run 3x @5.5 mph, 2x @5.7mph, 2x @5.9 mph

2.3 miles in 30:04 minutes

slow but steady progress.

Week 2 & 3

Two training days and replaced the long run with a family hike near Upper Kananaskis Lake.

Week 3 training started with 7 intervals 2 min run, 2 min walk
running done at 5.5 mph and walking at 3.5 mph

Did- 2.3 miles in 29:56.  Slowly but surely...
