Week 2 & 3

Two training days and replaced the long run with a family hike near Upper Kananaskis Lake.

Week 3 training started with 7 intervals 2 min run, 2 min walk
running done at 5.5 mph and walking at 3.5 mph

Did- 2.3 miles in 29:56.  Slowly but surely...
