Why did I step back on the treadmill? Because of the number on the scale.
I've been watching my weight increase a 1/2 pound here, a pound there. Nearly 30 pounds later I need to put an end to it.
I'm embarrassed to go running out in public, but having a treadmill in the basement- I have NO excuses.
