I'm trying a run/walk program that I found on Women's Running Magazine Website
It's their 20 week couch to half-marathon program.
I've run the distance before, but am focusing on getting back into running and reduce any PF flares.
This week - I ran 3 times.
2 workouts of 30 minutes using run 1 min, walk 2 min.
And today's workout was 3.1 miles (5 km) using run 1 min, walk 2 min.
Started the runs at 5 mph and increased to 5.6 mph
Walks were done at 3.4 mph
14 intervals total for 3.27 miles- it is a start.
